Summer Help, May through Aug (2nd or 3rd Shift) $17.65/hr

Summer Position - May through August

Packaging team members are responsible for:

• Inspecting product to determine compliance with order specifications and packs in accordance with Inspection and Packaging guidelines

• Measuring physical properties and color of product and records data in production records

• Reading work order or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved

• Loading and unloading materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand

• Palletizing, banding and shrink wrapping product

• Keeping work area clean, swept, and organized.

• Operating the following plant equipment: shrink wrapper, palletizer, quality system including the spectro-photometer

Requirements:

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include ability to accurately compare color and pattern of products to quality control standards

• Minimum Age Requirement: 18yrs old

• GED or High School Diploma

• Able to complete a minimum of 8 weeks of scheduled employment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

General Information:

- Dress code is casual (jeans/shorts) & Steel toed shoes are required

- 40 hour work weeks, May through August
